Besiktas open talks to sign Demba Ba

Turkish side Besiktas have made an opening offer for Chelsea striker Demba Ba. The Senegalese international forward has dropped his biggest hint yet that he will leave Stamford Bridge this summer.

The burly forward has endured a difficult time since arriving at the Blues from Newcastle in 2013, often overlooked and not given much chance to impress in the first team.

Turkish clubs have long been linked with a move for Ba, and Besiktas are believed to have made a strong first bid for the player.

Chelsea will sign Demba Ba once a deal for Diego Costa is wrapped up.
