Tottenham Hotspur to bid for Dejan Lovren?

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on securing the services of Southampton defender Dejan Lovren this summer, according to The Star.

The talented centre-back joined the Saints from Ligue 1 side Lyon last summer for a fee of £8.5m, and played a vital part in the club's excellent Premier League campaign last season.

The Star claims that Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen to link up with his former player, and will make a summer move to land his signature. 

It is understood that Spurs would have to pay at least £15m in order to seal a deal for the Croatian international.

Lovren is currently playing his trade for his country at the World Cup finals in Brazil.
