Real Madrid agree deal for Man Utd target

Real Madrid are reportedly set to sign German midfielder Toni Kroos from Bayern Munich this summer, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.

The talented player had been linked with a summer exit from the Bavarian giants, with Premier League giants Manchester United speculated to be interested in his services over the past month.

However, with the Red Devils ending their pursuit of the German international, Marca claims that the Bundesliga champions have accepted a transfer fee of around £27m from Los Blancos for the player's services.

The 24-year-old will join Madrid on a five-year contract worth £4m per campaign.
