Swansea City reject Liverpool bid for Ben Davies

Swansea City left back Ben Davies' future remains uncertain, after Liverpool rejected a move for their star defender. The Welshman is said to be keen to push through a deal to see him move to Anfield.

Liverpool have already made a bid of £8 million which has been rejected by the Swans and the Welsh club's former coach Brendan Rodgers is now preparing a second bid for the player.

Brendan Rodgers already has Jose Enrique at his disposal, but constant injury problems has meant that the player has struggled for regular first team action.

Tottenham are also rumoured to be monitoring Davies' situation closely.
