Man Utd end Arturo Vidal pursuit
Manchester United have reportedly decided to give up on their attempt to sign Arturo Vidal from Juventus this summer, The Express reports.
The Chile international has been on the Red Devil's radar in recent weeks, with widespread reports claiming that the former Premier League champions had agreed on a transfer fee for the player.
However, this seems to be untrue, after Juve's director general Giuseppe Marotta insisted that the 27-year-old is not for sale.
The Express reports that the Red Devils refused to meet the £34m fee demanded by the Italian giants, as the club's hierarchy were worried about the 27-year-old's knee injury, which required surgery before the World Cup finals in Brazil.
