Man City and Chelsea to battle for Didier Drogba signature

Premier League giants Manchester City and Chelsea will go head to head in their efforts to complete a free transfer move for Ivory Coast international forward Didier Drogba. The player is currently a free agent.

Having completed a spell with Galatasaray, Didier Drogba is now looking for one more chance in the Premier League.

The 36-year-old veteran forward had already opened talks with Chelsea regarding a move to England, but now Man City are set to make an offer for the Ivorian.

Drogba is looking for a one year contract and is confident that his future will be sorted before the end of the month.
