Carl Jenkinson to join Southampton?

Carl Jenkinson could be allowed to leave Arsenal on loan to Southampton, but only if Calum a Chambers makes a move to the Emirates.Jenkinson, 22, is heading off on loan for more regular first team football and Arsene Wenger will add Chambers to his squad this week.

Former Charlton defender Jenkinson has been in and out of the first team in recent seasons but is said to be looking for a regular starting place to boost his international ambitions.
