AC Milan open talks to sign Chelsea striker

Serie A outfit AC Milan are reportedly in talks with Chelsea over the potential transfer of striker Fernando Torres to the club.

The Blues boss Jose Mourinho had recently claimed that the club would not allow the sale of the Spanish international, as they are need of at least three strikers.

However, recent reports have revealed that the West London club could offload the former Liverpool man, should they secure the services of Mattia Destro from Roma this summer.

According to Sky Sports, the two clubs are close to agreeing on a deal for the talented striker.

Torres joined Chelsea from Liverpool in January 2011.
