Chelsea star to join AC Milan on two-year loan

Chelsea striker Fernando has apparently agreed to join Serie A side AC Milan on a two-year loan deal.

The Spain international has been heavily associated with a switch away from Stamford Bridge this summer, following the arrival of Diego Costa and Didier Drogba at the club.

Latest reports reveal that the former Liverpool man will join the Rossoneri for the next two seasons on loan.

The Blues are believed to be seeking an instant replacement for Torres, and consider Queen Park Rangers striker Loic Remy as one of their prime targets.

Torres joined Chelsea from Liverpool in January 2011.
