Chelsea eye move for Marseille midfielder

Chelsea are reportedly set to make a winter move for Marseille midfielder Gianelli Imbula, according to TalkSPORT.

The Blues boss Jose Mourinho is believed to be keen on strengthening his defensive midfield setup, and talkSPORT claims that Imbula is considered as one of his prime targets in January, as the club stake their claim for the Premier League this season.

It is also understood that a fee of around £25m could be sufficient to tempt Marseille into letting go of their star asset.

Chelsea visit Manchester City in the Premier League later today.
