Arsenal to sign Sami Khedira on a free next summer?

Arsenal are reportedly considered favourites to sign German international Sami Khedira from Real Madrid on a free transfer at the end of the season.

According to The Star, the World Cup winner has only nine months left in his current deal at the Bernabeu, and looks set to leave the club on a Bosman transfer next summer.

The report also adds that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, who has been a long-term admirer of the talented midfield enforcer, would revive his interest in the player's services at the end of the current campaign.
