Chelsea interested in Tyrone Mings

Chelsea are reportedly having a keen eye on Ipswich Town defender Tyrone Mings, with a view to a January offer for his services.

The 21-year-old has been one of the top performers for the Tractor Boys in the Championship this season, and has attracted interest from the likes of Arsenal, Everton and Manchester United in recent weeks.

According to The Mirror, Chelsea will join the transfer tussle and make an offer of their own for the talented defender in the upcoming transfer window.

The report adds that Jose Mourinho considers Mings as a long-term replacement for John Terry.
