Man Utd in for Juan Cuadrado

Manchester United will reportedly fight it out with rivals Manchester City to land the signature of Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado.

The Colombian international has come under criticism for his recent performances at the Serie A outfit, with manager Vincenzo Montella claiming that the 26-year-old was not focused during the club's recent Europa League encounter against Dinamo Minsk .

According to The Star, United manager Louis van Gaal had sent one of his scouts to watch the talented winger in that match, and is keen on luring him to the Theatre of Dreams in the New Year.

Cuadrado was part of the Colombian squad which reached the quarter-finals of the World Cup held in Brazil over the summer.
