Yaya Sanogo close to Crystal Palace loan move

Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo is closing in on a loan switch to Crystal Palace, The Mirror reports.

Bordeaux were reckoned as favourites to sign the 21-year-old, but the French youngster opted to ply his trade on loan in the Premier League.

According to The Mirror, the France Under-21 international's move to Crystal Palace is imminent, having failed to cement his place in the first-team at the Emirates.

Sanogo has yet to score a Premier League goal for Arsenal since his move from Auxerre in 2013.
