Crystal Palace want Jose Enrique

Crystal Palace are keen on signing up Liverpool defender Jose Enrique, according to The Telegraph.

The Eagles boss Alan Pardew is keen on a reunion with his former player as he plans to bolster the club's defensive setup during the winter transfer window.

The Telegraph reports that Pardew is well aware of Enrique's struggles at Liverpool this season, and will offer him the chance to play regular first-team football on loan at Selhurst Park.

A host of Europeans clubs are believed to be tracking the 28-year-old's transfer status.
