Everton to snap up Vedran Corluka on deadline day
Vedran Corluka is wanted by Everton manager Roberto Martinez. The former Tottenham defender has been linked with a move away from Spartak Moscow this month.
West Ham and QPR have both been in contact with the Croatian international's agent but it is believed Everton have stolen a march on their Premier League rivals in the race for Corluka as it is understood a fee has already been agreed with Russian side Spartak.
Everton will pay a reported £4.25 million to snap up Corluka and the defender will be offered a contract for the next 3 and a half years.
