Chelsea to bid for Douglas Costa

Chelsea are set to make a summer bid for Brazilian midfield sensation Douglas Costa having missed on signing him up last winter.

The talented attacker was tipped to join the Blues in January, but a deal failed to materialize.

According to The Mirror, Blues boss Jose Mourinho is keen on securing the player's services this summer, and will instruct the club to make an offer in the region of £20m to land his signature.

The Blues are currently top of the Premier League standings with 67 points.
