Chelsea allow Petr Cech to listen to offers

Chelsea have told Petr Cech that he can negotiate with interested parties ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Czech international has played second fiddle to Thibaut Courtois this season, and this has led to speculation that he could seek a a new club in quest of regular first-team football.

Cech's agent Viktor Kolar has now revealed that his client has been permitted to talk over a possible move to a new club this summer.

Arsenal are among the clubs interested in the former Rennes star.
