Dani Carvajal attracts Liverpool interest

Liverpool have contacted Real Madrid regarding a summer move for defender Dani Carvajal.

The talented right-back has been in top form for Los Blancos this season, and has made 41 appearances for the club in all competitions.

Spanish daily AS claims that Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is ready to battle it out with league rivals Manchester United in order to secure the full-back's signature.

Carvajal joined Los Blancos from Bayer Leverkusen in 2013.
