Bournemouth keen on signing Brentford's Jota

Brentford midfielder Jota is considered as a summer target for Premier League newcomers Bournemouth, The Mirror reports.

Jota has been one of the stand-out performers for Bees in the Championship this season.

According to The Mirror, the 23-year-old could be on his way to the big time having seen his club fail to overcome Middlesbrough in the play-off semi-finals.

Bournemouth look to be the sole club to be interested in the player's services, as Eddie Howe targets new recruits for the Cherries first season in the top flight.
