Pedro offered to Premier League on a bargain price

Barcelona winger Pedro has been offered to top clubs in the Premier League for just £7m.

The Spain international is expected to leave Camp Nou this summer, having failed to acquire regular game-time in recent months.

The likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal have been linked with Pedro's services in recent weeks, and  The Telegraph claims that the Catalan giants are open to the player's sale to a top Premier League on a cut-price deal of just £7m in the upcoming transfer window.

Pedro has made 46 appearances for Barca this season, majority of them coming from the substitutes' bench.
