Bournemouth finalise Christian Atsu loan deal
Premier League newcomers Bournemouth have announced the signing of Chelsea forward Christian Atsu on a season-long loan.
Atsu has struggled to get into the first-team at the Blues, and was tipped to be shipped out on loan in the summer.
Cherries boss Eddie Howe has revealed that the Ghana international has joined the club on a temporary basis for next season.
"We are loaning a player of huge potential, again we had to fight off several other Premier League clubs to get him, so we are very, very pleased." He told Cherries Player
"I think he will bring pace and ability to beat a man one-v-one which is very important in the Premier League, so for all those reasons I think he is a great signing for us."
Atsu spent last season on loan at Everton.
