Charlie Austin keen on Newcastle move

Queens Park Ranger striker Charlie Austin is eager to make a switch to Tyneside this summer.

The former Burnley striker made a name for himself in the Premier League this season, where he notched up 17 goals for the Hoops.

Reports now claim that Austin is keen on joining the Magpies, who scrapped through the relegation fight with a final day victory over West Ham United.

Rangers are open to Austin's sale so long as any club matches their asking price of £15m.
