Bayern Munich plan bid for CHELSEA TARGET

Bayern Munich are keen on signing one of Chelsea's top transfer targets for the summer.

French international Antoine Griezmann had been in top form for Atletico Madrid last season, notching up 25 goals in all competitions.

Reports in Germany cite that the Bavarian giants are keen on sealing a summer move for the talented forward, but they would have to meet the player's release clause of £50m to have any chance of getting a deal done.

Griezmann joined Atleti from Real Sociedad last summer.
