West Ham to sign Yohan Cabaye?

West Ham United are expected to launch a bid to sign former Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye this summer.

The France international made his way to Paris Saint-Germain in January 2014, following a successful spell with the Magpies.

However, he has struggled to fit into the first-team at Les Parisiens, and is seeking a move back to the English top tier during the current transfer window.

Widespread reports cite that the Hammers have the 29-year-old as on among their top targets for the summer, as they look to seal a top-half finish next season.

Crystal Palace, managed by former Magpies boss Alan Pardew, are also interested in the former Lille star.
