Raheem Sterling demands Liverpool exit

England international Raheem Sterling looks set to back off on Liverpool's pre-season tour as he expects to seal his proposed move to Manchester City.

The talented winger has been tipped to make his move to the Etihad this summer, but the Citizens are yet to finalize a transfer fee with the Merseyside outfit.

Recent reports have claimed that City, who have had two bids rebuffed by the Reds, will come up with a third offer of £50m to sign up the Jamaican-born winger.

Sterling has recently snubbed a new contract offer from the Reds.
