Arsenal interested in Jonny Evans

Arsenal could be tempted to launch a summer bid for Manchester United defender Jonny Evans, according to reports.

The Northern Ireland international has just one season left with the Mancunian giants, and has been tipped to exit the club during the summer transfer window.

According to The Mirror, West Bromwich Albion have shown interest in the talented centre-back, but the £10m asking price is just too much for the Midlands outfit.

It is added that the Gunners could jump the ship and secure Evan's services in the summer.

Evans has made over 100 appearances for United.
