Newcastle United to resume Charlie Austin talks

Newcastle Unted are expected to hold further talks with Queens Park Rangers for wanted striker Charlie Austin.

The talented frontman has been tipped to make a return to the Premier League following the R's relegation to the Championship.

However, the R's have been reluctant to offload the 25-year-old, unless their £15m valuation is met.

Newcastle Evening Chronicle claims that the Magpies will look to resume negotiations for the former Clarets star, who is keen on making a switch to St.James Park this summer.
