Chelsea to up Baba Rahman bid?

Chelsea are expected to come up with a fresh offer for Ghanaian international Abdul Baba Rahman after their initial bid of £17.6m was knocked back by German side Augsburg.

The Blues manager Jose Mourinho is keen on signing up bolstering his defence before the transfer window closes.

According to Observer, the Premier League champions will make a second bid for the talented left-back, who is desperate to ply his trade in the Premier League.

Augsburg currently rate Rahman at around £20m.
