Rangers to sign Arsenal's Gedion Zelalem

Scottish Championship side Rangers are close to announcing the signing of Arsenal starlet Gedion Zelalem on a season-long loan deal.

The talented youngster has impressed for the Gunners' Under-21's side in recent seasons, and this has enticed manager Arsene Wenger to allow the midfielder move on loan for the ongoing campaign.

Daily Record reports that the former Scottish champions are on the verge of announcing the arrival of German-born playmaker.

Zelalem has yet to make a league appearance for the Gunners till date.
