Arsenal weigh up bid for Andriy Yarmolenko

Arsenal are understood to be planning a £14m bid for Dynamo Kiev forward Andriy Yarmolenko.

The Gunners are on the look out for fresh recruits having only made the signing of goalkeeper Petr Cech from Chelsea this summer.

Reports in Spain claim that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger held talks with the Ukrainian international over the past week regarding a possible move to the Emirates.

It is added that the FA Cup holders will bid a fee of around £14m to sign up the exciting forward before next week's transfer deadline.

Yarmolenko has scored 77 goals in 171 games for his club till date.
