Thibaut Courtois ruled out with serious knee injury
Chelsea have received yet another blow to their title defence with star goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois out with a long-term injury.
The Belgian international was sent out during Chelsea's 2-2 home draw against Swansea City on the opening day of the Premier League season.
Second choice shot-stopper Asmir Begovic has seen then deputised for the Blues, who have had a dismal start to the league campaign.
It had been predicted that Courtois could be in line for a return at Everton, but The Mail now reports that Jose Mourinho's side have suffered another setback with their star asset likely to spend at least two months on the sidelines after injuring his knee in training.
The Blues are currently placed 13th in the league standings with four points.
