Kostas Manolas on Chelsea radar

Chelsea will explore the possibility of signing Greek defender Kostas Manolas from AS Roma in the New Year.

The talented centre-back has been in top form since his move from Olympiakos in 2014.

Blues were deemed to be interested in the player's services over the summer, but never came back with a concrete offer.

Italian source Tuttomercatoweb now claims that the Blues will refresh their pursuit of the 24-year-old when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.

Manolas has also been on the radar of local rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur over the past year.
