Jose Mourinho eyes Dani Alves move

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is understood to be eyeing up a winter move for Barcelona's full-back Dani Alves.

The Brazilian international had been linked with a move to the Premier League during the back end of last season.

However, the 32-year-old opted to remain at Camp Nou by signing a new two-year deal, which could be extended by a further year.

The Daily Mail now understands that Blues manager Jose Mourinho is exploring the possibility of bringing the charismatic right-back to Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window.

Chelsea's long-term right-back Branislav Ivanovic has been tipped to exit the club once his contract runs up next summer.
