Callum Wilson out with long-term injury
Bournemouth will reportedly be without the services of striker Callum Wilson for six months after he suffered damage to his anterior cruciate ligament.
The 23-year-old has been highly influential in the club's progress in the Premier League this term, having scored five goals in six starts for the club.
Cherries boss Eddie Howe confirmed the news via the club's official website, he said : "It's very disappointing for Callum, after what has been an exceptional start to the season, but I am sure he will come back fitter and stronger,"
Wilson's injury comes as a big blow for the Premier League newcomers, who already have summer signings in Max Gradel and Tyrone Mings suffer similar kinds of injuries.
