Fabinho on Man Utd radar

Manchester United are reportedly eyeing a January move for AS Monaco defender Fabinho.

The Brazilian right-back was the subject of transfer speculation over the summer, with the likes of Barcelona and Manchester City interested in his services.

Calciomercato understands that the player has had a huge impression on United boss Louis van Gaal, and a January move could be on the reckoning for the 21-year-old.

However, United are likely to face stiff competition from Serie A high-flyers Inter Milan.

Fabinho has impressed during his two seasons at Stade Louis II, and this earned him a spot in the national side for the Copa America in Chile over the summer.
