Barcelona make Eden Hazard contact

Barcelona have made contact with Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard ahead of a possible summer move for his services.

The Belgian international was one of the stand out performers for the Blues last season as they were crowned the Premier League champions.

However, the 24-year-old has struggled to get into any kind of form this term, and this has impacted the club's form in return.

Spanish source Don Balon now cites the talented attacker may well decide to seek a move away from Stamford Bridge at the end of the current campaign.

It is added that the Catalan giants are ready to take the advantage and launch a bid in the region of £42m for his signature.

Hazard joined the Blues from French side Lille in 2012.
