Chelsea eye £20m deal for Premier League striker

Chelsea are reportedly planning a January move for wantaway West Brom striker Saido Berahino.

The 22-year-old had been the subject of multiple bids from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, but the Baggies hierarchy were not keen on his sale.

Berahino has since then played in his shadow, and this has led to claims that he may well seek a fresh challenge in the New Year.

The Telegraph says the Blues are considering a £20m offer for Berahino, with the future of Diego Costa hanging in the balance.

Costa recently refused to rule out a possible return to his old club Atletico Madrid.
