Arsenal to offer Joel Campbell in Nolito deal?

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is ready to use Joel Campbell as makeweight in a the player-plus-cash deal for Celta Vigo attacker Nolito.

The Spain international has been constantly linked with a switch away from Celta, in spite of stating his desire to remain at the club on a long-term basis.

Wenger is known to be a huge admirer of the player's talents, but his £12.9 release clause has put off the club's pursuit.

Spanish outlet Don Balon understands that the Frenchman will look to push through a deal for Nolito next month by offering Celta cash plus the services of Costa Rican forward Joel Campbell.

Nolito has amassed eight goals and five assists for his club this season.
