Carlos Bacca to Chelsea?

Chelsea are set to lodge a winter bid for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca, according to reports.

The Colombian international had been strongly linked with a move to the Premier League, before he opted to join the Rossoneri from Sevilla in the summer.

Spanish source Estadio Deportivo claims that Blues boss Guus Hiddink is concerned by the lack of firepower upfront, and looks set to bring in a new striker.

The source also reveals that the Premier League holders are willing to match Milan's £30m asking price to bring Bacca to Stamford Bridge.

Bacca has scored nine goals in 19 appearances for the San Siro side this term.
