Arsenal to activate Nolito release clause?
Arsenal are set to trigger the release clause of Celta Vigo attacker Nolito, sources reveal.
The Spain international has been constantly linked with a move to the Premier League in spite of stating his desire to remain at Celta.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the Gunners are eager to seal a deal for the talented forward with manager Arsene Wenger keen on boosting his title-chasing side for the second half of the campaign.
Adding to this, the club will pay a fee of around £13.4m, which is likely to activate the release clause in Nolito's contract.
The 29-year-old has also caught the eye of former club Barcelona.
