Arsenal free to sign Aubameyang

Arsenal could get their hands on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang during the winter transfer window.

The Gabon international has been in top form for Borussia Dortmund in 2015, and this is said to have attracted interest from the Gunners.

Recent speculation had claimed that the 26-year-old could stay put at BVB with manager Thomas Tuchel unwilling to offload his star man midway through the Bundesliga campaign.

However, Spanish jounalist Kike Marin reveals that the former German champions would be willing to accept the player's sale, provided the Gunners match their hefty £53.4m valuation.

Aubameyang is eligible to play in the Champions League this term.
