Liverpool eye late Cheryshev swoop
Liverpool are mulling over a late bid for Real Madrid's Russian forward Denis Cheryshev.
The 25-year-old had a good loan spell with Villareal last season, and this led to claims that he may earn a regular role in the first-team this term.
However, he has struggled to attain any playing time in the league, and is now eyeing a potential move away from the Bernabeu.
According to Spanish source AS, the Reds could be tempted to seal a cut-price deal for the Russian international before Monday's 11 pm deadline.
It is added that Real could be open to the player's sale, considering the vast amount of talent at their disposal.
Cheryshev has made just six appearances for Real this term.
