Diego Simeone agrees Chelsea move
Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has reportedly told club officials that he will take over the managerial role at Chelsea in the summer.
The Spaniard had been a leading candidate for the Blues job following the sacking of Jose Mourinho in December.
According to OK Diario, the 45-year-old has already revealed to his backroom staff that he will replace interim boss Guus Hiddink at Stamford Bridge during the off-season.It is added that the West London giants have agreed to offer Simeone with wages in excess of £9m-a-year.
Chelsea have had a torrid season in the Premier League and currently find themselves in 12th place.
