Loftus-Cheek pens new Chelsea deal

Ruben Loftus-Cheek has inked a new deal to keep him at Chelsea until the summer of 2021.

The 20-year-old earned himself a first-team role under Jose Mourinho during the back end of last season.

"I'm delighted to sign a new contract at Chelsea and my focus is on working hard in training every day in order to push on and establish myself in the team," he told the club's official website.

"It really means a lot because this shows the club believe in me so I'm really happy."

Loftus-Cheek has been at the West London giants since the age of eight.
