Arsenal express Bellarabi interest
Arsenal are reported to be considering a move for Bayer Leverkusen attacker Karim Bellarabi. The German international has apparently caught the eye of top Premier League clubs through his excellent development in the Bundesliga.
German sports daily Bild understands that Leverkusen will have a major overhaul to their squad this summer following a dismal showing in the German league that has seen them fall 27 points adrift of leaders Bayern Munich.
The report adds that Bellarabi could be one among the top names heading out of the exit door, and this is likely to attract interest from elite clubs in Europe.
English giants Manchester United and Chelsea have been credited with interest for Bellarabi but the Gunners are deemed favourites to land the pacey attacker given their extensive tracking on the player's progress.
Bellarabi, who is now a regular with the German national side, joined Leverkusen from Eintracht Braunschweig in 2011.
