Liverpool keen on Timo Horn

Premier League giants Liverpool are planning a summer move for FC Koln goalkeeper Timo Horn.

The Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is eager to bring in a new shot-stopper as he is not satisfied with the showing of Simon Mignolet.

German daily Bild says the Merseysiders will step up their pursuit for Horn after it was known that the Bundesliga side would be willing to cash in on their star man this summer.

It is added that the Reds could seek take advantage of the player's £9m release clause which is due to expire at the end of May.

Despite his fragile age, Horn has racked over 125 league appearances for one of Germany's most reputed clubs.
