Juventus close to James deal
Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez has held secret negotiations with Juventus as he eyes a potential move away from the Bernabeu. The Colombian international has had a tough second year at the Spanish giants, and this has led to suggestions that he could be offloaded in the summer.
James joined the Bernabeu outfit from Monaco last summer following a successful World Cup campaign with his national side.
He followed to put up a number of stellar performances for the Capital outfit, and this earned him plaudits from the club's faithful.
However, his second season has been far below-par with goals seemingly hard to come by.
OK Diario says the Old Lady could be close to wrapping up a deal for James after he verbally agreed on terms over a long-term contract.
Premier League giants Manchester United are also keeping tabs on the player's situation.
James has made just 17 league starts for Los Blancos this season.
