Arsenal heading queue for Henrikh Mkhitaryan
Arsenal are apparently leading Chelsea in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund attacker Henrikh Mkhitaryan this summer. The Armenian international has set his sights on a Premier League move following yet another top season in Bundesliga.
Mkhitaryan came close to joining Liverpool in 2013, before he opted to join BVB from Shakhtar Donetsk. He has since put up a good showing in the German league, and this has kept up interest among his suitors.
The Sun reports that the £20m-rated midfielder is ready to snub Chelsea for a move to the Emirates with the prospect of plying his trade in the Champions League next season.
The 27-year-old formed a deadly partnership alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as his side gave a strong challenge for the league title last term.
