West Ham bid for Michy Batshuayi

West Ham United are looking to make Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi their marquee signing of the summer transfer window. The Hammers have tabled a bid of around £28m for the Belgian international.
The 22-year-old is expected to sort out his future after Euro 2016 with financially troubled Marseille ready to cash in on his services.
Sky Sports reveals the Hammers have made a £28m offer for the young striker as they bid to bolster their forward ranks ahead of their Europa League play-offs next month.
London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are also keeping tabs on the player's situation.
Batshuayi netted 18 goals for Les Phoceens as they stayed clear of the relegation places in the French league last season.
